Housing Bank Participates in "Career Day" at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF)

Eskan Bank participated in the "Career Day" exhibition recently organized by the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF). The exhibition witnessed a large turnout from students about to graduate and job seekers.
The Bank's participation comes within the framework of emphasizing the importance of the principle of community partnership between different state institutions and permanent cooperation with them, and within the framework of the continuous cooperation and support that Eskan Bank seeks with educational institutions in the Kingdom, and within the  Bank's plan to encourage and empower young Bahraini cadres to enhance their educational and professional levels and qualify them to take over senior leadership positions in the labor market.
During the exhibition, students of the institute had the opportunity to meet with a number of bank representatives, to provide them with all the necessary information in order to introduce them to the Bank's work fields and its subsidiaries, and to provide them with general information about the nature of the work, where the job applications and recruitment inquiries that the Bank received during the exhibition period varied, in the fields of administration, banking & Finance, accounting, and information technology.
Dr. Khalid Abdullah, General Manager of Eskan Bank, pointed out that the Bank is keen to keep pace with community concerns and establish various partnerships with all sectors that support youth energies. From this standpoint, the Bank's participation in such a meeting comes within the framework of activating the principle of community partnership and providing job opportunities for recent graduates of promising Bahraini youth, according to their specializations and scientific and professional qualifications.
He added: "We are committed to continuing our relentless efforts to support the localization of jobs program, and to enhance employment opportunities and professional development for young Bahraini energies, based on our belief in the importance of the distinguished capabilities of national competencies in assuming leadership positions in the Bank and providing sufficient opportunities for them to excel and succeed in the labor market."

Mr. Adnan Janahi, Assistant General Manager - Human Resources, Administration and Corporate Communications, stated that this event organized by the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) is considered one of the most important channels of communication between businesses and institutions, and students who are about to graduate and job seekers. It is a great opportunity for both parties to exchange information, for business owners to get acquainted with the capabilities of university graduates and, for their part, for prospective graduates to get acquainted with the needs of the market.
